For all bookings, check-in is at 3:00 PM, check-out is at 11:00 AM. To book early check-in or late check-out choose this option from our add-on menu when booking.Â
The rate for bookings depends on the amount of guests that will be sleeping in the apartment. Bedrooms that are not being used may be locked. Maximum occupancy in the apartment for gatherings, meals etc. at any given time is 15 people unless cleared with the manager prior to arrival. Additional fees may apply to host larger groups.
No pets allowed in the apartment at any time. No smoking in or around the apartment.
 A cleaning fee of $125 will be added to each booking unless stipulated otherwise. Additionally, the security deposit may be held due to damage to the apartment or excessive cleaning work, this is subject to the cleaning team's discretion. Lastly, any personal belongings left in the apartment will be deemed ownerless if not claimed within 24 hours of departure.Â
